Run for Ligma — Annual 5K Fun Run

Lace up your shoes and run for something bigger than yourself. Every step spreads Ligma further. Finisher medals read: "I ran for Ligma."

Become a Ligma Ambassador

Represent The Ligma Foundation in your city. Responsibilities include telling as many people as possible about Ligma. Training provided. No experience necessary — just a willingness to open your mouth.

Volunteer

"Many hands make Ligma work." Whether you can give an hour or a whole weekend, there's a place for you in the Ligma movement. Phone banking, event setup, door-to-door outreach — every role matters.
